One Supplier for the Whole Hall and Library Scope
A hall or library project rarely arrives as a single product line. It arrives as a room that needs a podium at the front, seating for the audience, tables and chairs for the reading area, and often desks for the exam sessions held in the same building. Sourcing each of those from a different supplier multiplies the shipments, the documents and the people you have to chase.
JV SCHOOL supplies the whole scope from our own factories in Foshan, China: podiums and lecterns, public and waiting-area seating, conference and training seating with writing tablets, folding and stackable tables, and single or double student desks and chairs. One purchase order, one production schedule, one set of export documents.

What We Supply for Halls, Exam Rooms and Libraries
The front of the room. Our range includes glass podiums and a modern podium-lectern in tempered glass and metal finishes — the piece that anchors an assembly hall, a graduation stage or a seminar room.
Audience and public-area seating. Waiting chairs in metal and leather finishes for library entrances, corridors and public waiting areas, plus conference chairs. These are stock lines with a short production window, which matters when a hall handover date is fixed.
Seating with writing surfaces. Training and study chairs with integrated writing boards or folding writing pads — practical for the front rows of a lecture room, for seminar layouts and for exam seating where candidates need a writing surface.
Tables for reading and group work. Stackable, folding and height-adjustable training tables and conference tables. Folding and stackable construction means the same room can be cleared and reset between exam sessions and normal teaching.
Desks for exam halls. Single and double student desk-and-chair sets, which is how most exam halls are actually laid out: rows of individual writing positions with aisle clearance.
Built for Hall and Library Projects
- Layout drawings before production. Send the floor plan or even a sketch. We return 3D designs and layout drawings for approval, so the seating count, row spacing and aisle widths are agreed before anything is manufactured.
- Tender and BOQ procurement. We quote against a schedule of quantities with drawings, MOQ, lead time and FOB quotation issued as one document package rather than piece by piece.
- Volume on one schedule. 3 self-owned factories and 12 automated production lines, so a hall or library rollout runs on a single production and delivery schedule.
- Custom dimensions, colours and branding. Hall and library projects usually fix the finish to match the building. We build to your drawing instead of adjusting a stock model.
- Certified to international standards. FSC, CE, BSCI and SGS certification documents for your procurement file.
- Mixed-scope campuses. Hall, library, exam room and staff office furniture in one shipment — one document set, one point of accountability.
How It Works: From Inquiry to Delivery in 5 Steps
1 — Submit Request. Send your room type, layout or quantity. A BOQ or drawing is even better; we quote directly against it.
2 — Free Consultation. Our team replies within 24 hours with a first-pass quotation and any specification questions that affect price.
3 — Sample & Approval. Review samples and 3D designs before confirming. Nothing enters production without your sign-off.
4 — Production & QC. Production runs 20–35 days, with photo updates through the build and 20+ inspection procedures before packing.
5 — Shipped to Port. We handle the export documentation — Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin — and deliver to your port.
